Tasks
- Ordering and coordinating the delivery times of promotions with the distribution centers, suppliers and sales regions
- Result-oriented and efficient goods planning as well as inventory management in compliance with the delivery readiness targets and the responsible regional range for one or more distribution centers
- Planning, scheduling and monitoring of stocks (goods, packaging material, raw materials) in coordination with Coop Category Management for item changes, assortment changes, new products and concept changes right up to the sales points
- Regular Analysis of relevant data and key figures as well as development of improvement measures and their implementation
- Carrying out supplier assessments and evaluations using existing tools.
Initiation and implementation controlling of measures for optimization in the event of inadequate supplier performance Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or similar with further training in the area of supply chain management/logistics
- Very good user knowledge of SAP, BI and Office 365 (including Excel, Powerpoint)
- A resilient personality who is open to change and who values a dynamic environment and working together in a team (team player)
- Committed and enthusiastic personality with assertiveness and a high degree of personal responsibility
- Very good oral and written language skills in German and French
