For our Biel General Medical Office we are looking for one or two F/D Medical Assistants (1x100% or 2x50%-60%) This position requires versatility because you will be active in our General Medical Office and our Wald-in-Clinic which is an emergency medical office with consultations with and/or without appointments.

- Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide patient care, guidance and support with professionalism and kindness.

Main responsibilities
- Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Provide patient care, guidance and support with professionalism and kindness.
- Manages the hotline, appointment and message processing.
- Perform routine care such as blood tests, injections, infusions and assist doctors in specific medical actions.
- Perform the usual diagnostic tests: laboratory, ECG, conventional radiology, 24 hour blood pressure measurement, sleep apnea screening, spirometry, etc.
- Provide administrative follow-up of patient files and the various administrative tasks related to the proper functioning of the firm.
- Actively participate in the quality of care and the smooth running of daily medical activities.
- Holder of a Medical Assistant CFC.
- Experience in medical practice, medical centre or outpatient emergency service, an asset.
- Excellent relational skills and a developed sense of hospitality.
