Your responsibility
- For our school we are looking for a dedicated, service-oriented personality who, together with her job partner, forms the administrative hub of our school.
- In this versatile function, you support the school management in organizational and communicative matters and contribute significantly to a smooth school operation.
- You manage the master data of students and teachers in our school administration solution SAL and carry out a wide range of correspondence.
- They are jointly responsible for the contract exhibition of the school management and employees as well as for the organization of the deputy representatives of the teachers.
- For a careful induction, an introduction with a reduced burden is planned from 1 March 2027. This ensures an optimal transfer and a successful entry.

- With your precise way of working, you handle administrative tasks reliably and independently, are highly capable of teamwork, are flexible and have the ability to think in a networked way.
- With your training in the commercial sector, you have in-depth knowledge and are confident in dealing with MS Office and SAP-based databases.
- Ideally, you already have experience with the school administration solution (SAL) of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.

Secondary School Allschwil
The Allschwil secondary school comprises 38 classes with around 750 pupils, which are taught by around 100 teachers.
