Every year we offer six apprenticeships as a chemical and pharmatechnologist with a focus on chemical technology (a).
Training concept
The three-year training is based on the proven trial model in three learning locations:
- Vocational School (aprentas in Muttenz and Schweizerhalle)
- ÜK-Zentrum Schweizerhalle (aprentas)
- Practical training at Bachem in various workplaces
Professional profile
Chemical and pharmaceutical technology: EFZs work in modern production facilities and produce important active ingredients such as peptides and oligonucleotides that are used in drugs.
They control and monitor semi-automated production processes, work digitally with measuring and control systems and take responsibility for plants as well as maintenance and maintenance.
During the training, learners gain insights into various areas such as energy supply, dispensation and logistics and get to know the entire production process.
