You are responsible for the 1st/2nd level support for SAP key users and users according to the incident process (Jira) with a focus on SAP Retail (MM/SD) as well as for cross-divisional topics• You support the SAP base team in system monitoring, SAP user management and other operational tasks.
You create, maintain and update documentation to ensure the transfer of know-how• You coordinate cooperation with internal stakeholders as well as external partners and service providers Requirements
Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung und/oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung• Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAP-Modulbetreuer bzw. Supporter (SAP R/3 und SAP S/4HANA) in den genannten Modulen und Themengebieten mit• Idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Retail-Umfeld• Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Landessprachen sind von Vorteil• Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert und überzeugst durch einen ausgeprägten Service- und Dienstleistungsgedanken• Du kommunizierst proaktiv und adressatengerecht mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen

You have completed IT training and/or comparable further education• You have several years of experience as an SAP module manager or supporter (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4HANA) in the modules and topics mentioned.
Ideally, you have experience in the retail environment• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing;
Other national languages are beneficial• You work solution-oriented and convince through a pronounced service and service idea• You communicate proactively and appropriately with different stakeholders
