- They monitor the ongoing application operation.
- They ensure the control, maintenance and support of the software for HPSZ.
- The head of school informatics supports you in the implementation of the projects.
- Technical problems and application errors (first-level support) triage and solve or forward them.

- You will continuously analyze, document and develop the existing core processes.
