- Experience: Proven track record in Product Leadership, with extensive experience driving the end-to-end delivery of complex digital products (Required).
- Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in delivering Data, AI, or Machine Learning solutions within highly regulated environments like Pharma, Diagnostics, or MedTech (Required).
- Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated success in orchestrating validation frameworks (e.g., GxP, Computer Systems Validation) as an integrated component of the product lifecycle (Required).
- Agile Leadership: Mastery of Agile/Lean frameworks, with a practical focus on scaling delivery and resolving cross-squad or cross-functional hurdles (Required).
- Certifications: Professional certifications in Product Management (e.g., SAFe, PSPO) or Compliance/Quality (e.g., CQA, RAC) (Preferred).
