Tasks

• As part of your leadership role, you will lead a team of four investigators (and one volunteer).
• You are responsible for the professional support of your employees, case allocation and quality control (especially final decisions).
• They work closely with the prosecutor responsible for the team (who has the procedure management and signature competence).
• As part of your role as investigator, you yourself investigate criminal cases in the area of crimes, misdemeanours and transgressions in cooperation with the prosecutor responsible for your team.
• They conduct interviews with accused persons, respondents and witnesses.
• They draft final decisions as well as decisions and consultations in all areas of the Swiss Criminal Code and secondary criminal law.
• In addition, they provide piquetting services.

Requirements

• You have completed a law degree or equivalent, specialized training and many years of experience in law enforcement.
• CAS Forensics l is beneficial.
• Leadership experience is desired.
• In personal terms, it is characterised by resilience, team spirit, determination and an independent and careful working method.
• They have an eye for the essentials and are safe in dealing with procedural parties.
• Integrity and confidentiality are a matter of course for you.
