Their tasks
- Independent processing and preparation of export documents (including export documents and T documents)
- Organisation and declaration of collections of goods
- Support of the UK export team (about 60-70 %)
- Holidays and deputies in the field of export and import for Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium
- Close cooperation with internal specialist departments as well as external customers, partners and authorities
- General administrative tasks in day-to-day business
Your profile
- Commercial training, ideally in the forwarding or logistics industry
- First professional experience in international transport or in export processing is advantageous
- PASSAR knowledge is a plus
- Good knowledge of German and English for daily correspondence
