- Join our sales team at Roche d.o.o. as an Account Manager / Product Specialist for Pathology and take on a key role in managing customer relations, sales processes, and professional application support within pathology laboratories. Travel within Croatia expected: 70 % The Opportunity
- As part of our dynamic sales team, you will be responsible for:
- Key Account Management: Developing long-term relationships with assigned key institutions and driving sales activities in line with the marketing strategy.
- Achieving Sales Targets: Participating in the creation and successful implementation of the annual sales plan for the pathology portfolio.
- Deployment Project Management: Managing the introduction of new analyzers, from gathering data for offers and contracts to coordinating technical installations and tracking customer satisfaction.
- Professional & Application Support: Providing expert support and conducting user training for pathology analyzers to ensure seamless operations for our customers.
- Public Tender Management: Tracking, preparing data, and processing requests for participation in public tenders in cooperation with the Sales Lead and Tender Specialists.
- Collaboration & Administration: Working closely with the Marketing department to execute strategies and maintaining up-to-date activity records in the CRM tool. Who You Are
