Role overview
To strengthen our Marketing & Medical Education team in Basel, we are looking for a committed personality as an Associate Documentation Manager.
In this role, you make a significant contribution to ensuring that our product and marketing documentation meets the highest quality and compliance requirements.
They accompany documents throughout their entire life cycle, ensure their timeliness and availability and work closely with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs and other interdisciplinary teams.

- They support the management of global product and marketing documentation throughout the document lifecycle.

- They support the management of global product and marketing documentation throughout the document lifecycle.
- They maintain document management systems, databases and document repositories and ensure the completeness, traceability and timeliness of the documentation.
- They review and revise documents in terms of comprehensibility, consistency, language, layout, and compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate design guidelines.
- They work closely with marketing, medical affairs, regulatory affairs and other internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality and timely documentation.
- They support the creation and maintenance of order information, product catalogues and the communication of documentation-relevant changes.
- They coordinate the management of printed documentation, including print orders and stocks.
- You actively participate in the digitization and continuous optimization of documentation processes, systems and workflows.
- They make an important contribution to compliance with internal quality standards and regulatory requirements and ensure efficient documentation management. Your qualifications About Medartis
