- Collect and analyse training needs with managers and employees, and identify skills to develop in relation to strategic objectives;
- Design, organize and implement appropriate training devices (face-to-face, digital, blended);
- Organize and participate actively in reception days;
- Administer the LMS and participate in the design of internal modules;
- Coordinate and monitor external providers (if necessary) and schedule sessions related to the teams involved;
- Manage the entire administrative process of training (registrations, convocations, attendance sheets, certificates and certificates);
- Follow the training budget by optimising costs (validation of invoices, follow-up files, follow-up of fee notes) and following the training fees;
- Measure the effectiveness of training through indicators (participation, satisfaction, competence building) and propose corrective or optimisation actions;
- Ensure communication around training arrangements;
