- Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Organize and control kitchen and catering services
- You hold a cookery CFC or a title deemed equivalent, supplemented by a federal certificate of chef or equivalent
- You have a team driving experience ideally punctuated by management training
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Organize and control kitchen and catering services
- Ensure procurement, materiel and goods management
- Define and enforce work processes/procedures according to good practice
- Performing cooking and catering tasks in accordance with the principles of quality, efficiency, safety and ergonomics
- Plan menus, integrating sustainability principles Develop and implement the HACCP concept
- Participate in budget development and monitoring Initiate and manage restoration projects Conveniently organize banquets and events
- Managing staffing, planning attendance and absences
- Participate in the recruitment, engagement and evaluation of employees
- To supervise and supervise all team activities under your responsibility
Key requirements
- You hold a cookery CFC or a title deemed equivalent, supplemented by a federal certificate of chef or equivalent
- You have a team driving experience ideally punctuated by management training
- An experience in hospital or collective restoration is an asset, as is knowledge of cold bonding and/or dietetics
- You master French and common computer tools (Microsoft Office)
- Qualification: CFC in cooking or equivalent title, supplemented by a federal diploma of head chef or equivalent
- Experience: Experience in team management, ideally complemented by management training
- Knowledge: Knowledge in cold liaison and/or dietetics Language: French
- Skills: Rigor, autonomy, and excellent organizational skills
- Motivation: Service-oriented, and client satisfaction is your daily driver
