Ihre Aufgaben
- Verantwortung für Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des ERP-Systems (proALPHA) sowie der BI-Landschaft (Qlik Sense)
- Analyse, Konfiguration und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen entlang der gesamten Wertschöpfungskette
- Koordination des Applikations-Supports (2nd/3rd Level) sowie Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern
- Mitarbeit bei Release-Wechseln, System-Upgrades und internationalen Rollouts
- Unterstützung bei Digitalisierungs- und Prozessoptimierungsprojekten
- Sicherstellung von Systemstabilität, Datenqualität und Berechtigungsmanagement
- Mitwirkung bei der Planung und Umsetzung der globalen Business-Application-Roadmap
- Mitarbeit im Projekt- und Portfoliomanagement im Bereich Business Applications
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, um Anforderungen strukturiert umzusetzen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich ERP- oder Business-Applikationen, idealerweise im industriellen Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in proALPHA ERP sowie in BI-Plattformen (z. B. Qlik Sense oder vergleichbar)
- Erfahrung im Systembetrieb, Customizing, Support und der Analyse von Geschäftsprozessen
- Verständnis für End-to-End-Prozesse in Produktion, Logistik, Einkauf, Qualität und Finance
- Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement (klassisch oder agil)
- Erfahrung mit Release- und Upgradeprojekten von Vorteil
- Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Internationale Reisebereitschaft von ca. 10–20 %
- Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination eines Applikationsteams ist von Vorteil.
