- Personelle, organisatorische und fachliche Leitung des Teams von 10 Personen
- Drehscheibenfunktion und erster Ansprechpartnerin für diverser Koordinationsarbeiten zwischen Eltern, Ärzten und der Pflege
- Dokumentieren und Weiterentwickeln von Prozessen und Prozessabläufen
- Übernahme delegierter Aufgaben der Abteilungsleitung, Auswertungen und Reporting, PEP-Bewirtschaftung Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
Key requirements
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Spitalbereich oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen mit
- Darüber hinaus verfügen Sie über gute mündliche Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (E/I/F)
- Sie haben ein hohes Mass an Eigenverantwortung, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
