Role overview

• Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards in ongoing production operations
• Self-responsible planning, control and monitoring of production orders from material availability to on-time delivery
• Prioritization, release and coordination of production orders and ensuring a smooth production supply
• Active support of team management in the daily shop floor management and cooperation as team spokesperson
• First-level support for SAP and production-related systems as well as competent contact person for system-side questions of employees
• Analysis and coordination of process and system problems as well as forwarding to key users
• Identification of optimization potential and active participation in continuous improvement initiatives (lean management, KVP, 5S)
• Participation in the further development of processes, plants and workflows

• Completed basic technical training in production environment (e.g. mechanics, electronics or similar specialisation)
• Experience in the shop floor environment or in a coordinating function
• Independent, reliable and structured working method with a high quality awareness
• Pronounced communication strength and a secure and addressable appearance
• High social competence and pleasure in working with different interfaces
• Connected thinking and the ability to develop cross-sectoral solutions
• affinity for digital processes and good understanding of IT and systems; SAP user knowledge is a must
• Very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to work more and weekends
