- Operational cooperation in very demanding assembly and production contracts in the area of RF (high frequency) CAY / COM
- Supporting the production coordinator in prioritizing and coordinating ongoing production orders
- Professional support and support of employees in day-to-day business
- Promoting the exchange of information within the team as well as between production, manufacturing and team management
- Support for the training of new employees
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety and process standards
- Early detection of bottlenecks, quality deviations and optimisation potential

- Several years of experience in assembly or production
