Role overview

Tasks: As a room service employee you ensure a smooth process in the room service, this also includes

• Acceptance of orders on the phone and simple advice for guests
• Service of food and drinks in the hotel room
• Preparation of Mise en place for the daily process
• Preparation of simple drinks for the service
• Disclosure of guest feedback and assistance with concerns
• Compliance with cleanliness, standards and daily tasks according to specifications Requirements You are interested in working in the service and are happy to be in contact with guests.

• First experience in service or in the hotel industry is an advantage
