- Leading and accompanying central change and transformation projects in the institutional and multinationals business unit
- Support the Head of Staff and the Head of the Business Unit in complex strategic issues and take over the management of selected projects
Company and context
- Perceiving leadership support in strategy, communication and organizational issues, identifying optimization potential and driving implementation until completion
- Prepare decision-making bases for management and create convincing documents for committees
- Coordinating and dealing with risk topics in the areas of audit, compliance, operational risk
- Planning and implementing communication at the level of business unit and planning events and management vessels
- Identification of process optimization possibilities in the own organization and implementation of the corresponding measures
- Representing the business unit and its areas in project and steering committees as well as ensuring the interests of institutionals and multinationals
- Completed studies at the level of technical college or university, ideally in economics Proven background in strategy consulting
- At least 10 years of experience in the professional management of complex projects and/or a staff function in the banking environment
- In-depth knowledge in the value chains of trading and investing, financing as well as custody and infrastructure issues are a plus
- You will score with the ability to bring complex projects to a structured conclusion, think strategically, networked and innovatively and create convincing management presentations (especially in PowerPoint) for the executive committee of the Institutionals and Multinationals business unit and the executive management
