• Overall coordination of site and site development at all locations, including the construction and maintenance of the project pipeline building
• Development and further development of site master plans, variants, depatchings and coarse dates with cost framework
• Preparation of decision-making basis for internal committees and coordination with users, directorates, canton and external partners
• Management of larger development and construction projects from project approval to completion, incl.

Management of planners, entrepreneurs and stakeholders

• Organisation and implementation of public procurement, contract management, as well as securing approval procedures (construction, fire protection, government requirements) and coordination of specialist planners Profile Profile
• University or university degree in architecture or civil engineering; alternatively basic technical training with relevant further education (e.g.

CAS/MAS Project/Construction Management, Real Estate or Facility Management)

• Many years of experience in area and master planning as well as in the management of larger building projects, ideally in hospital construction
• High analytical and conceptual skills to master interdisciplinary projects in parallel in a complex, versatile operation
• Safe handling of SIA orders and standards as well as experience in public procurement
