Mission Join the EPFL Vice Presidency for Human Development (VPH) and shape HR policies and practices to serve the VPH and the EPFL community.

The VPH Office is one of the areas of the Vice Presidency for Human Development, serving all of its areas and the Vice Presidency itself.

Main responsibilities

  • Key Duties and Responsibilities Governance of HR Policies and Regulations
  • Develop, structure and evolve HR policies, practices and regulations with VPH areas and stakeholders.
  • Guarantee compliance with legal and administrative frameworks (Confederation, CEPF, EPFL) and ensure proactive regulatory monitoring. Continuous process improvement
  • Review and update HR regulations, directives and processes, by working directly on documents and forms.
  • Monitor indicators (KPI) and identify optimization levers for efficiency, consistency and user experience. Support for HPV areas
  • Advise and support teams, particularly People Experience, in the development and adoption of HR practices and tools.
  • Be a force of proposal in the evolution of the institutional HR framework. Management of cross-functional projects
  • Coordinate VPH operational and strategic projects: planning, deliverables, indicators and stakeholders.
  • Lead working groups and represent the Policies & Practices function in institutional projects. Communication and dissemination
  • Guarantee the validation, dissemination and understanding of policies and practices among managers, areas and teams.
