- You have a proven experience in scaffolding assembly, ideally integrated by a first experience in the management of a team.
- Sei can manage a small team while actively participating in the work on the site.
- Know the requirements of the craft, safety standards and the importance of a stable, compliant and craft-friendly assembly.
- Organized, responsive and security-friendly, you know how to anticipate the needs of the construction site, transmit the right instructions and ensure an effective, reliable and accurate execution.
