- Ensure 7/24 operation of the ServiceCenter
- Monitoring and operation of the building management system

Main responsibilities
- Ensure 7/24 operation of the ServiceCenter
- Monitoring and operation of the building management system
- Receive and process telephone, written and digital customer requests in German and English
- Forwarding of complex inquiries to the relevant specialist departments
- Initialization of measures (granting of work orders to service technicians or offering of professional medical services and fire brigades)
- Introducing visitors and external employees Requirements:
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in a technical area
- Multiannual work experience in building automation preferred
- Professional experience in customer service, call center or at least in the form of an advantage readiness for shiftwork
- teamwork, resilience and professional appearance even in hectic situations
