- We are looking for a proactive team management for the night service team at the Tägerhalde site, which is happy to take over the organizational, personnel and professional management of the team of approximately 13 subordinate employees (planning, employee talks, team meetings, etc.). Your new tasks
- ensuring professional care and support for the residents in the night service

- responsibility for smooth interdisciplinary cooperation and all interfaces
- joy in active participation in the design of new structures and professional development
- training as a Dipl.
- Care specialist (SRK recognition) and leadership experience at the level Team management of advantage - work experience in night care as well as in long-term care

- Very good oral and written German knowledge as well as good user knowledge in the MS Office - 6 weeks until the completion of the 20th year of age from the 21st year of age 5 weeks from the 50th year of age 6 weeks
