Your responsibilities
- Assembly and testing of high-precision micro-parts according to work instructions
- Production of micro-connectors with the highest quality requirements
- Operation and monitoring of semi-automatic systems in the microtechnology sector
- Carrying out final microscopic tests and professional packaging of products
- Feedback of production orders in the SAP system
- Booking of individual parts on production orders in the SAP system
- Ensuring the required quality standards and compliance with all relevant regulations
- Application and participation in the implementation of lean methods and continuous improvements
- Working in a clean room environment according to defined quality and process standards
Your profile
- Technical or mechanical basic training or corresponding further development desirable
- Experience in the assembly and processing of micro-parts as well as in the use of optical aids
- Practice in the operation and monitoring of machines and plants, ideally with CNC-controlled systems
- Good technical understanding of production processes, equipment and semi-automated plants
- Safe handling of technical work instructions, specifications and documentation
- Very good eyesight, pronounced concentration and high fine motor skills
- Precise, quality-conscious and reliable work method
- Willingness to actively shape new processes and bring in optimization potential
- Very good German skills in word and writing, English skills are advantageous
- Flexibility and readiness for overtime and shift operation (3-shift)
