- Accompanying change processes and supporting teams in the sustainable implementation of new standards
- Develop, update and implement nursing standards, policies and concepts
- Conducting case meetings in complex care situations
- Derive and implement improvement measures from quality data, audits and evaluations
- Implementation of scientific findings in nursing practice
- Professional management and further development of the responsible care
- Management of working groups (care-related and/or cross-sectoral tasks)
- Active participation in the teams and support of the teams in the care process
- Evaluation, controlling and further development of the used nursing assessments
- Coordinating, Planning and Teaching Students FH (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
- Support for the further development of the Department of Care
- Constructive cooperation with all interfaces of the department
- Initiation, conception and implementation of new care services and care models within the Herisau Hospital
- Defining, collecting and evaluating care-sensitive quality indicators
