Your responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the global supply chain management of the Industry segment "High Frequency Technology"
• Leadership of the local and global SCM organization with around 90 employees
• Further development of the global RF-SCM strategy, governance, processes
• Ensuring competitive supply chain performance and KPIs
• Optimizing global RF value flows in terms of delivery capability, inventory, cost and flexibility
• Promoting digitalisation, supply chain analytics and AI applications
• Managing global SCM projects, new product launches and production transfers
• Continuation and further expansion of global value stream management and effective S&OP cycles
• Building and developing global SCM communities and talent
• Global Head Supply Chain Management RF reports directly to VP Operations RF

Your profile

• University degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business administration or equivalent
• Several years of leadership and management experience in an international manufacturing industrial environment, characterized by values of transparency, trust, accountability, care and passion
• In-depth knowledge along the entire end-to-end supply chain
• Experience in global process and organizational development
• Strong analytical, strategic and communication skills
• Negotiable knowledge of German and English
