Spitex Rotbachtal is a modern, future-oriented and innovative health organization with flat hierarchies and desired participation in the team. In our catchment area Teufen, Bühler and Gais, we are responsible for around 12,000 inhabitants. To complement our team, we are looking for a motivated person for the Finance and administration (40-50%) You support us in accounting and administrative tasks. Your tasks
- Cooperation in financial and operating accounting according to the financial manual Spitex CH
- Power billing incl. Billing with insurers and customers
- Membership and donation management
- Acquisition and processing of reports
- Administrative processing of personnel and customer data
- Cooperation in projects and working groups

- Sound commercial training with professional experience
- Practical experience in financial and accounting
- Understanding business relationships
- Safe handling of MS Office programs
- Abacus and Spitex-Perigon skills are beneficial
