First practical experience in the areas of customer service, back office, logistics or supply chain management

Main responsibilities

  • Control and coordination of daily after-sales processes (spare parts and repairs) as well as ensuring efficient and timely processing
  • Recording, maintenance and monitoring of repair orders in the system, ensuring high data quality
  • Track orders throughout the lifecycle and actively prioritize deadlines and urgent requirements to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Central contact person for customer inquiries with the guarantee of fast, solution-oriented and reliable processing in close cooperation with internal interfaces
  • Create and analyze regular reports and monitor relevant KPIs to support performance management and continuous improvement
