- Professional experience in customer service: ideally in education
- Completed basic or further training: in the commercial sector or a similar basic training (e.g. customer dialogue EFZ)
- German (negotiable) French (flowing): Further knowledge of foreign languages very welcome
- Strong customer orientation, a high understanding of services as well as teamwork and resilience
- Accurate, structured way of working with the ability to think in a network as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
- Challenging counselling sessions motivate you, and you identify with the task of accompanying people on their educational path Cosa of Friamo
