• Flexible use as a jumper: ready to provide dynamic support on various CNC-freak machines (3- and 5-axis-technics) depending on the load capacity
• Well-founded knowledge in independent setup, alignment and workshop-oriented programming (WOP) by means of Heidenhain controls
• Smooth change between changing components and projects in both individual and small series production
• Fast training in different workstations for targeted bridging of bottlenecks in the team Quality and process monitoring

Continuous control of production processes and scale at all assigned stations

• Rash rethinking of changing manufacturing orders and flexible priorities in the workshop everyday what you should be able to do
• Successfully completed vocational training as a polymechanic (m/f/d) or machines ▪ur (m/f/d)
• shift readiness (2-shift)
• Multi-year professional experience in CNC machining technology
• Ideally experience in processing small and medium series as well as prototypes
• Well-founded knowledge in Heidenhain controls
• High level of readiness and flexibility
