- Initiate and accompany nursing development projects
- Managing and participating in working groups equip nurses; and
- Promoting an effective workplace culture Profile: Completed MScN or before completing it
- Sound clinical experience and in-depth nursing expertise
- interest in care quality and further develop it
- Pronounced willingness to reflect, learn and change as well as critical and networked thinking, as well as communication strength and consulting competence as well as independent, structured and solution-oriented working methods
- Design will and innovation as well as pleasure in interprofessional cooperation and knowledge transfer
