We are looking for a motivated Associate Scientist / Senior Laboratory Specialist who will join our Pilot Plant Bern team.
In this role, you will take on a central role in the upscaling of development processes that will be implemented in our production facilities in the future, as well as in the implementation and further development of established processes within the framework of lifecycle management.
Within Pilot Plant, we are continuously working on the optimization of existing processes, with a particular focus on efficiency, robustness and scalability. MAIN TASKS

- In this role, you will take on a central role in the upscaling of development processes that will be implemented in our production facilities in the future, as well as in the implementation and further development of established processes within the framework of lifecycle management.

- Implementation and organization of calibrations and maintenance and their processing in SAP. Performance of analytical measurements
- Preparation of buffer solutions and packing of chromatographic columns
- Support and training of less experienced employees Qualifications
- Laboratory training, Bachelor's degree, or comparable university degree in a relevant field.
- These degrees are not mandatory if there is experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food sector.
- Advantage: Work experience within cleanroom class D
