- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH with several years of professional experience in the acute hospital - preferably supplemented with management training or the willingness to complete it.
- You are a responsible, team-capable, entrepreneurial and networked, motivated personality with a situational leadership style.
- Other personality traits that make you stand out are good communication skills, negotiation skills and a large portion of empathy.
- Multi-professional cooperation, a professional understanding of care and high customer orientation are a matter of course for you.
