Exciting tasks await

• Execution of entry and exit of prisoners, including registration
• General supervision, supervision and control activities in the departments of the Central Prison
• Cooperation with various internal and external partners
• Detainee contact person
• Assistance in compliance with peace, order and security as well as various administrative tasks

What you bring

• Completed 3- or 4-year vocational apprenticeship with a federal certificate of ability, additional qualification specialist / professional for prison with a federal certificate. Professional card desired or willingness to complete this course
• Resilience, balance, teamwork as well as reliable and independent working methods, oral foreign language skills are advantageous
• High social skills and emotional stability as well as understanding and tolerance in dealing with people from different backgrounds
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation incl. Weekend stakes
• Minimum age: 28 years, good repute (current statement of penalties and enforcement records), driving licence Cat. B

Your working environment

The Lenzburg Prison provides care for persons who have been sentenced to imprisonment or to a custodial measure. The offer includes 380 prison places for closed prison, pre-trial detention and short sentences.

The Central Prison of the Lenzburg Prison is further expanding its offering and creating a specialized entrance department, which will handle all cantonal detention entries around the clock. For this department, we are looking for committed and resilient employees who, with professionalism and sensitivity, make an important contribution to safety, care and an orderly everyday life. If necessary, assignments in other departments are also possible.
