The Junior Center is an internal service center of learners for Axpo subject areas.

Here, learners process real orders from the company – from photo and video productions to digital content and visualizations – and gain valuable practical experience.

Main responsibilities

  • You build up the Junior Center and continue to develop the service portfolio.
  • You accept internal assignments and prioritize them together with specialist areas and learners.
  • You plan assignments and accompanying learners both technically and methodically during implementation.
  • You ensure professional and timely implementation – including quality control and debriefing.
  • You advise internal clients on format, scope and scheduling.
  • You maintain the exchange with vocational and practical trainees as well as other specialist areas.
  • You collect feedback and use it to further develop the offer. Profile and Requirements
  • You have completed a vocational training as a mediamatist or in a comparable field and are interested in media, digital content and visualization.
  • You bring experience in accompanying learners as well as in coordinating assignments or projects.
