The team In your responsibility as an IT Service Manager you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and optimization of IT Service Management solutions for the UBS Card Center using BMC Helix ITSM SaaS. You will be responsible for gathering customer requirements, designing tailored workflows and ensuring seamless execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality ITSM solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance for our business.
Your skills and experience
- strong hands-on experience with BMC Helix ITSM SaaS and Remedy
- solid understanding of BMC Helix Innovation Studio
- expertise in Developing Workflows using BMC Helix Digital Workplace Catalog.Solid understanding of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, CMDB, Asset Management, and Knowledge Management)
- experience in scripting and automation for workflow optimization (e.g., via JavaScript, Python, or Shell scripting)
- excellent teamwork abilities and communication skills in German and English
- strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
