Here, development is not a buzzword, but clearly structured: well-founded familiarization, step-by-step more responsibility and a clean path to team leadership. 02 Your task – Assembly and inspection work on industrial/energy plants (planned operations) – Preparation of tools, materials and construction site equipment for revisions – Technical execution according to plan, including quality and safety requirements – After familiarisation: leadership of an assembly team, coordination and work allocation – Direct customer contact on site incl. Feedback and service reports – Participation in improvements in processes, material logistics and operational planning 03
