Main responsibilities
- You are responsible for the smooth operation of Migros Center Miles as well as the locations Stäfa, Zumikon and Erlbach
- You care for tenants and building users and are the first point of contact for their concerns
- You coordinate maintenance and maintenance measures and carry out small repairs
- You care for green, outdoor and parking facilities and the winter service
- You care for cleanliness, order and a well-kept appearance of the properties
- You are the first contact person in case of incidents and initiate the first intervention
