Role overview

Introduction For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a Lead Mobile Tech (H/F) whose main mission will be the construction and evolution of collaborating platforms (used application, intranet, extranet).

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solutions in a complex IT and organisational environment through the application of good practices, the establishment of support for development teams, and the provision of tools for developers, in order to create a stable, resilient and efficient platform.

• Actively participate in the creation of web and mobile solutions, with sensitivity for front-end development and improvement of user experience
• Define the application architecture of our mobile applications (clean architecture, state management, Offline-first ...)
• Ensure the quality of achievements by guaranteeing good mobile practices (TDD, unit tests, golden test, E2E, code review) and ensuring their implementation within development teams
• Provide continuous support to team developers, training them on best practices, technologies and tools
• Organize and coordinate the work of developers to ensure a logical sequence of tasks
• Ensure technical coordination between the various solutions teams
• Maintain a high level of knowledge of new methods and technologies that can offer competitive advantages to the company, particularly regarding the development of agents
• Ensure optimal monitoring and performance of applications.

Profile

• Advanced training in computer science or engineering EPF or HES
• Confirmed and diversified experience in developing and managing mobile and web applications
• Knowledge of web and mobile frameworks and libraries: Flutter, Kotlin, Swift, KMP, Perfecto, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Java, Spring and SpringBoot, Vue.js/React, agile methodology (Scrum), Gitlab, Jira, Azure devops
• Excellent mastery of Flutter mobile frameworks
• Ability to design scalable and efficient architectures
• Expertise in optimising web and mobile performance
• Environmental knowledge Azure Dev Ops and JIRA
• Knowledge of security protocols, HTTPS, Oauth, and OWASP best practices
• Ability to inspire, guide and motivate a team towards common goals
• Good human contact and excellent communication
• Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy and proactivity.
