- You recognize process gaps at an early stage and develop new, practical processes that sustainably advance the location.
- You are responsible for the operational handling in your area, from picking to palletizing to forwarding handling.
- You implement hygiene, quality and biosafety requirements in the team and ensure their compliance.
- You give your team direction, lead clearly and appreciatively, and strengthen a culture of responsibility, commitment and performance.
- You ensure smooth cooperation at the interfaces to production, scheduling, transport and management.
- You are actively involved in the construction of the new location and are involved in the introduction of new processes and tools, including new picking software. Requirements
- You bring several years of proven leadership experience as a team leader or shift manager in an operational logistics or production environment – ideally in the food industry.
- You have experience in setting up, realigning or sustainably optimizing processes and processes.
