Management, planning and employee development of around 25 employees per shift
3 years of management experience: in a comparable position
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the food industry
Independent, resilient and reliable personality - very good PC knowledge, preferably MS Office and SAP German (good knowledge) Cosa offriamo

Responsible for packaging baked goods or favorite products
Management, planning and employee development of around 25 employees per shift
Professional and technical support for the plant operators
Ensuring quality, hygiene and occupational safety regulations
Responsible for cross-team communication, administrative tasks and process optimization

3 years of management experience: in a comparable position
Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): in the food industry
Training or at least many years of experience in the food industry or with packaging systems
1-3 years of management experience in a comparable position - working hours are Monday Friday.
Working hours from 4 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Technical flair: Very good practical and theoretical understanding of production processes and production systems
