Company and context
- To strengthen our team, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated person who takes over the administrative and organizational support of the medical team on the anaesthesia and contributes to the success of the team with a proactive working style. Your tasks:
- You offer administrative and organizational support for the medical team of anaesthesia.
- You support across departments and represent the team within the support center DAIM.
- You take over the eOPPS planning (collection) and eOPPS jumps.
- You coordinate the NORA track (non operating room anaesthesia) and organize the REA courses.
- You are responsible for data management and controlling statistics.
- You are the contact person for patients, doctors and internal and external partners – both in writing and by phone.
- You run the business correspondence, organize sessions, events, and start protocols.
