- Sie stellen den Tagesbetrieb und die telefonische Erreichbarkeit im Bereich Fakturierung sicher.
- Sie fakturieren termingerecht und bearbeiten Rückweisungen, Stornos sowie Zwischen-, Nachtrags- und Schlussrechnungen.
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
- Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fakturierung mit, vorzugsweise im Spitalumfeld oder bei einer Krankenkasse.
Main responsibilities
- Sie stellen den Tagesbetrieb und die telefonische Erreichbarkeit im Bereich Fakturierung sicher.
- Sie fakturieren termingerecht und bearbeiten Rückweisungen, Stornos sowie Zwischen-, Nachtrags- und Schlussrechnungen.
- Sie kontrollieren die Fakturalisten und stellen eine korrekte Tarifierung sicher.
- Sie klären Problemfälle in der Fakturierung und erteilen kompetente Auskünfte an Patientinnen und Patienten sowie interne und externe Stellen.
- Sie dokumentieren die Prozesse in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich vollständig und halten die vereinbarten Ziele termingerecht ein.
- Sie erstellen Korrespondenzen für Patientinnen und Patienten sowie externe Stellen und erledigen weitere administrative Arbeiten.
- Sie bringen Vorschläge zur Optimierung von Prozessen und zur Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen ein.
- Sie arbeiten im Team mit und engagieren sich aktiv in Projekten.
Key requirements
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
- Sie bringen mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fakturierung mit, vorzugsweise im Spitalumfeld oder bei einer Krankenkasse.
- Gute Kenntnisse in der medizinischen Tarifierung und im Schweizer Gesundheitswesen sind von Vorteil.
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, effizient und verantwortungsbewusst.
