Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP)
For the Center Forensic Psychiatry Stationary (ZFPS) we are looking for you as The Psychiatric Services Aargau AG (PDAG) is responsible for the high-quality medical, therapeutic and nursing treatment and care of mentally ill people in the Canton of Aargau. Over the area
The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP) consists of the expert opinion centre, the Center for Forensic Psychiatry Stationary (ZFPS) and the Center for Forensic Psychiatry Outpatient (ZFPA). The expert body produces a large number of expert opinions for administrative contracting authorities every year. The ZFPS comprises six wards with a total of 74 beds, on which mentally ill offenders are treated within the framework of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out on patients from prisons and remands. The ZFPA runs a forensic ambulatory and offers a prison psychiatric consiliary and liaison service.
Tasks
- They are committed to interdisciplinary cooperation and promote the framework conditions for implementing the treatment concept
- They are jointly responsible for the technical, organisational and administrative management of the care team, consisting of nurses, social workers, staff with a specialised card for the prison and health specialists.
- You take on co-responsibility for the further development of the Forensic Station, contribute your expertise, including in the design of milieu therapy, and represent the Station and the company both internally and externally.
- You take on joint responsibility for the future-oriented promotion and development of the staff of the department with regard to the station assignment and the company goals
- You work on a station with group setting, treating and caring for patients for measures, preventative and rehabilitative
- They provide for the well-being of our patients in the three-layer system
- You are jointly responsible for the training of learners within the framework of the training assignment
Profile
- You have completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH and preferably bring professional experience in psychiatry
- You bring the willingness to graduate with the CAS Leadership
- Your attitude towards delinquents is risk-aware and appreciative
- You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team
- They have exceptionally high social skills
- They have strong communication skills
- They are characterized by a very high self-reflection and critical ability
