We are looking for someone for Haus Tertianum Kirchdorf/Kappelerhof in the Baden region immediately or by appointment
Health specialist EFZ 80-100%
Your tasks
- Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our nursing principles and the nursing process
- Taking on tasks as a caregiver
- Participation in the care process and in the care needs assessment with RAI/BESA for the assigned guests
- Electronic care documentation using CareCoach (mobile possible with CareCoach smartphone)
- Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
- Assuming day-to-day responsibility
- Taking on tasks as a subject person on a specialist topic and thus participating in the group-wide network on care quality
Your profile
- Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care an advantage
- RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- A warm and humorous attitude
- Enjoy a variety of challenges
- Good knowledge of spoken and written German
