Role overview

Tasks

• On our bedside ward, you ensure evidence-based and professional care, in which you care for patients with complex care situations, as well as accompany, support and promote employees and students.

• On the basis of ongoing reflection and review, together with the department management, the specialist experts of the other stations and the care expert, you plan and design adequate and sustainable development strategies to implement core topics such as strengthening the care process, implementing innovations, coaching of employees, etc.

Requirements

• You are a dipl. Nursing specialist HF/FH with a Bachelor or MAS in specialized, preferably oncological care, or are in one of these degree programmes.

• A reflective, patient- and solution-oriented way of working as well as a sense of responsibility and commitment distinguish you.

• They cultivate a respectful, professional and cooperative approach to patients, relatives and employees at all levels and thus promote the important interprofessional cooperation.

It gives you pleasure to move in the broad field between expertise, leadership, leadership and education and to be a positive role model with your professionalism.
