Role overview

• Accompany employees in the introduction and use of new applications as well as digital working methods.

• Design and create training materials for target groups (user instructions, video tutorials, online documentation).

• Developing, organizing and conducting training courses, workshops and presentations within the framework of computer science projects.

• Collaboration with project teams, specialists and computer science in the development and introduction of new digital solutions.

• Participate in the further development of the intranet and create attractive content for communication and training of users.

• Higher education or proven experience in a relevant field (training, digital communication, business informatics, change management or similar).

• Experience in creating training content and a strong interest in digital transformation.

• Very good didactic and editorial skills as well as the ability to convey technical content in an understandable and addressable manner.

• Proactive, independent and organized personality with a high level of service orientation and strong team skills.

• Adroit moderation of groups and very good knowledge of an official language and good knowledge of a second official language.
