- Leadership and further development of a dedicated team
- Ensuring efficient workflows and optimal use of resources
- Creative design of new products and implementation of innovative ideas
- Monitoring and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations Requirements
- Professional experience: Several years of professional experience, initial leadership experience or the desire to develop into a leadership role
- Completed vocational apprenticeship (EFZ): Bakery
- Passion for craftsmanship and pleasure in working with high-quality raw materials
