- Recording and monitoring after-sales cases and advocating for individual solutions
- Responsible for checking invoices and credit notes as well as booking them correctly
- 2 years of experience in administration / back office
- Completed vocational training (EFZ) in the commercial field
Main responsibilities
- Recording and monitoring after-sales cases and advocating for individual solutions
- Responsible for checking invoices and credit notes as well as booking them correctly
- Daily contact with external parties such as service partners, forwarders, and end customers
- Making a significant contribution to the efficient closure of our warranty cases by proactively obtaining credit notes from our service partners
- Right in the middle instead of just being there - you actively ensure process optimization and challenge the status quo
- Competent and solution-oriented handling of all inquiries to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and that certain "WOW" effect Requirements
- 2 years of experience: Administration / Back Office
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): Commercial sector
- Customer contact and very good PC user skills (MS Office, ERP systems) are necessary
- You are a customer- and service-oriented person and go the extra mile for a perfect customer experience
